SQL Server 2011 Codenamed Denali available now

November 9, 2010 by John Sansom Leave a Comment

That’s right people! News just in from the PASS Summit 2010 currently going on right now in Seattle. You can now download Microsoft® SQL Server® code-named ‘Denali’ – Community Technology Preview 1 (CTP1) from here.

Here’s the thoughts of SQL Server MVP’s Brent Ozar and Gail Shaw on SQL Server Denali. One of the perks of being an MVP you see is that you get early access to these things :-) I’m currently installing it on a VM as I write this…..

Be sure to watch the keynote from the Summit live tomorrow afternoon at 4PM GMT to find out about all the awesome new features to be included in Denali. You can register to watch the keynote here.

Here are the initial thoughts of SQL Bloggers on todays Keynote at the Summit:

  • Glenn Berry
  • Brent Ozar
  • Jen McCown
